Once you apply for a porject, we'll assess our potential for collaboration. If feasible, we'll schedule an introductory call to meet and discuss the project. You'll receive a project proposal within two days, along with further instructions.
INQUIRY PHASE
After payment and contract signing, you'll receive a welcome packet with an estimated project timeline and design brief questionnaire. Adequate time will be given for questionnaire completion, as this is crucial in the next phases.
ONBOARDING PHASE
We'll schedule a strategic discussion and conduct any necessary research. You will soon after be presented with two creative direction ideas, of which you have 2 business days to make a selection. Then it's time to move on to the fun stuff (for us at least)!
RESEARCH PHASE
The design phase represents the bulk of our time. After creating designs, you'll have the opportunity for revisions (through structured feedback) or approval. Two rounds of revisions are offered. Upon final approval, your input is complete.
DESIGN PHASE
Once all designs and supplementary deliverables are finalized, they are packaged and prepared for delivery. Delivery will occur within 2 business days following receipt of final payment and signed "Sign-Off Agreement".
*For Web design clients: Upon completion, receipt of final payment, and signing of the agreement, ownership of the website is transferred to you. A final tutorial session can be arranged to address any outstanding queries.
